I have used Backyard Oasis for about 22 years to service and care for my pool. As a very busy family physician, I had very little time to spend on worrying about things that can go wrong in my house. Over all these years, I have never once been disappointed with the service I received from Backyard Oasis.

When our pool motor failed, they were there the day I called and fixed it. When Hurricane Rita came, they were there as soon as the electricity came back on, and worked feverishly over the next 4-5 days to get my pool back in shape.

Of all the vendors I have needed in the care of my home—from electricians, appliance repair people, gardeners, roofers, etc.—I can honestly say that Patte, Lee, Adam, Mark, and Ernest have been a joy to work with. They are extremely reliable, and are as nice a group of people that you would ever want to deal with.

The installation crew that was responsible for installing and setting up the spa was very knowledgeable and very thorough in their explanation of operating the spa. They spent a lot of time with my husband and I explaining the jet operation, how to use the chemicals, and just overall maintenance. They also stressed that we should call anytime if we had any questions or problems.

The sales group kept us informed as to who would be showing up and when, and followed up with a phone call to make sure it happened. The follow up after all work was completed was exceptional.

I bought my swimming pool from Backyard Oasis in the summer of 2000, so I have had my pool now about 7 years. From the very beginning, Backyard Oasis has been exceptional in helping me with my pool. Set up went smoothly and we were swimming within 2 days of purchase. Your helpful staff has assisted me on many occasions with water balancing and with products that make keeping my pool beautiful, easier.

Believe me, over the last seven years I have tried to cut corners and save money by purchasing my pool chemicals from discount stores like Wal-Mart. I am living proof the savings at one moment will only end up costing several times more in the end. Discount pool supplies cause extreme wear on the liner and the pump and filter system of the pool. After putting discount chemicals in my pool, the wait time to swim could take days.

Many chemicals purchased from Backyard Oasis have swim time after treatment at about 15 minutes. I always ended up back in your store requesting help to fix my disaster. Your employees were always there for me. I have never been pressured or "talked into" buying products that I did not need or want.

Your staff is very familiar with pools and the problems that may come with them. They suggest the easiest, fastest, and most cost-effective way to battle and correct the problem. Thanks for being there for me and my family. We love our pool and have enjoyed it for 7 years now. I intend on enjoying for many more years to come.

We are new pool owners, having purchased in Spring 2007 after Backyard Oasis was highly recommended to us by friends. We debated for years whether we should buy a pool or not and we are so very pleased to announce that this was one of the best decisions we have ever made!

We both recently retired from a long working career and the purchase of our 16' x 32' pool came at the perfect time. We found it so very relaxing to get in our pool after a hard day working in the yard or to have friends over both day or night to enjoy with us. Best of all is that one of us, Boyce, desired to increase his exercise and to lose weight. What Boyce did was walk laps around the pool three times a week and he is so very pleased to report he has lost 52 pounds while doing a low impact exercise that was fun!

Several years ago I suffered lower back pain. At one time I was not even able to stand straight due to the pain, and even with pain meds I still had problems. After visiting your showroom and gaining information from your friendly and knowledgeable staff, I spoke to my doctor about the possibility of installing a spa, and he thought it was a fine idea. After installation and some more schooling from your well-informed staff, I started taking my first treatments in the spa, and I have not taken any pain meds for back problems since.

Approximately a year after I installed my spa, I broke my knee in nine places and after some wonderful work by our local orthopedic surgeon, Doctor Timothy Shaw, it was screwed back together. After the incisions were healed and I was once again able to get back into the spa, it was remarkable how I got the bend back in my knee in such a short time. My wife also has back problems and the spa has proven to be her most prized relief and enjoyment. My wife and I would like to personally thank you and your staff for all the courtesies you have shown to both of us over the past several years.

We bought our hot tub because I wanted an alternative to swimming. I wanted to use it for exercise. This worked very well because we purchased a deep tub. The added benefit was that the jets in our Hot Spring Spa have had an amazingly good effect on the legs and back. This had really been a problem for me. With the cold temperatures of winter, the heat is wonderful. We think everyone should own a Hot Spring Spa. They are amazing!
